These terms cover the design, hosting, and monthly plan services easycommerz.ai provides to store owners.
Our service
We design and build a custom online store and admin dashboard for your business, and keep it hosted, updated, and supported for the duration of your plan.
Fees
A one-time setup fee covers design and build. Monthly plan fees cover hosting, order capacity, and included site updates, billed in advance.
Order limits & overage
Each plan includes a monthly order cap. A store that passes its cap moves up to the next plan automatically, so service is never limited. Pro-plan orders beyond the cap are billed per-order as stated on our pricing page.
Your content
You own your brand, product content, and customer data. We use them only to build and operate your store.
Courier accounts you connect
When you connect a courier account such as Steadfast, we may also use it, lightly, to check a customer's delivery record for other easycommerz stores — at most 50 checks a day per account. Only the customer's phone number is sent; nothing about your orders, products or customers is shared. Every store's account helps every other store spot fake orders before paying for delivery.
Cancellation
You may cancel at the end of any billing cycle. Your store and data remain available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be communicated to active store owners.
